How does it work?
CYCLE is an electric mobility subscription service. You pick your vehicle, download our app and start riding hassle free. If you have any question or problem, you can always report that via the app.
How do I manage my membership?
You can easily terminate or extend the contract via our mobile app.
Is the bike insured?
Yes, all the bikes that come with our “Peace of Mind” package have reduced deductibles in case of damage and/or theft. We will ask you to report that via the app and follow the required steps.
Can I test an e-bike?
Sure! You can come at our workshops during their opening hours and simply reach out to our staff. You can check the cities where we have a store here.
Is maintenance included?
Yes, maintenance is always with all the CYCLE subscriptions except for the “leasing-only” offer! You can easily book a service appointment using the CYCLE app. The repair time usually takes max 60 min, if we are not able to repair the bike in that time frame, we will swap your bike with another to get you on the road as soon as possible. All repairs are covered by us - except for intentional or extraordinary damages.
